  I switched birth controls and meijer accidentally cancelled the new one instead of the old one. When I went to pick it up they told me that "my doctor had called and cancelled it" and there was nothing they could do except call my doctor to try and get it resolved. I tried calling meijer for three days in a row and finally had to call my doctor instead and was told they had never spoken with any pharmacist about cancelling my new prescription. With all of my troubles I was never given an apology

  There are a couple of very friendly staff that remember my family when we go in but the service otherwise is terrible. They tell you that they are working on your script and then you go in to find out that they forgot about it. Other times they didn't even have the medication but couldn't even call to let us know.
